Listening for the life lessons!

I start each podcast interested in learning about a public sector leader and how they are tackling the challenges of their specific role. I end each podcast with a scribbled set of Life Lessons that I want to share with my family at work and my family at home.

The latest example is from Keith Pruett in Episode 164. He referenced "wearing a uniform versus wearing a costume" and went on to describe the difference between who you are versus who you are pretending to be and what is underneath that exterior layer....authenticity.
