Raimundo explains how the city is strategically located in the center of Miami-Dade, with a population of 51,000 and 1 million vehicles commuting through it weekly.
It is also home to the University of Miami and many international headquarters, such as Delmonte, HBO for the Americas, and IBM, meaning the city impacts the area's quality of life, public safety, and transportation.
