I start each podcast interested in learning about a public sector leader and how they are tackling the challenges of their specific role. I end each podcast with a scribbled set of Life Lessons that I want to share with my family at work and my family at home. The latest example is from Keith Pruett in Episode 164. He referenced "wearing a uniform versus wearing a costume" and went on to describe the difference between who you are versus who you are pretending to be and what is underneath that exterior layer....authenticity. TechTables is deep stuff shared in a candid and genuine way. Joe is master at engaging, recognizing gold when he finds it, and sharing it with his listeners. Keep the content coming!

There are events/meetings that you want to go to and then there are events that you want to be a part of. I have had the opportunity to be a part of 2 in person tech tables and after each event I found myself wanting to know when the next event was. The greatest thing about these meetings are that the guests are bouncing ideas and thoughts off of one another where it becomes more of a think tank!! Joe and his team do an amazing job with these and I highly recommend attending and or listening into them.

Love listening to Joe’s podcasts with such a wide variety of leaders and technology topics. There’s definitely something for everyone involved with the govtech space.

I support public sector and this podcast has been refreshing and insightful. The human element to IT, policy, and more is needed all around and Joe + his guests encapsulate this to the tee.

Your podcasts have been great, and what I love about them are that even though it is "TechTables", the humanistic side that you and your guests talk about not just technology, but empowering teams, mentoring, everyone is in it together...what is "leadership". Couldn't be more spot on. Participating in TechTables live has been instrumental in getting to know both some of the vendors participating and government folks. They are small, intimate and you really get to know people and have made some good friends as well. Keep them coming...for anyone thinking that it is all about the technology, Joe does a great job with his guests even though "Tech" is in the title, it always comes back to people and is relatable to even those without a"Tech" background who are leaders, on teams and want to become a leader or just want to contribute to the "mission".

This platform provides a format that allows for incredible storytelling in the government sector! I really enjoyed participating in one of the episodes and am thankful that Joe was able to provide me with my 1st ever opportunity to speak on a podcast. Community through Darn Good Conversation. He is known for bringing his enthusiastic and fun approach to the live stage in a storytelling fashion. Typically, you will listen to C-Level guests ranging from startup companies to Fortune 500 behemoths as guests. Joe is a force to be reckoned with and has grown his brand in a very short amount of time. I am a huge fan of his SLED (State, Local, Education and Department/Government Agencies) content which is dedicated to curating meaningful conversations regarding what is happening in the government tech world. I highly recommend add TechTables to your playlist!!
